It is our intension to have everything
in stock that we have listed on our website, however
sometimes customers will clean us out before we can
update these products, please include a telephone number
where we can reach you so that we may contact you for
substitutions. Using the website to order you will
automatically receive FREE SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL
US WHEN PAID BY CREDIT
CARD ONLY AND NOT COD!!!
It is our intention to fulfill all
orders within 48 hours unless notified. No
backorders will be held. Please reorder at a later
date. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm central standard
time.

YOU CAN NOT ORDER FROM THE SITE AND RECEIVE FREE
SHIPPING! You will pay for the cod amount + your
shipping.

Report all shortages to us within 48
hours. All damages must be claimed within 48 hours
as well and must be authorized for replacement and won't
be replaced until your next order is placed and then
will ship with that order.
All returns will receive a
25% restocking fee. And that same fee will apply on any returns or
refused orders. Refused and returned orders are subject to all
freight charges incurred. All accounts are
contingent upon receiving your tax id number.
